Stefania Sztybel

Stefania Sztybel has more than 15 years of energy-focused corporate finance and accounting experience. As Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Stefania is responsible for managing the firm’s quarterly budget and cash flow forecast processes, as well as providing financial analysis and strategic support to senior management. She previously served as Assistant Controller of Ridgewood Energy and prior to joining Ridgewood Energy in 2009, she was an Audit Senior in Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance group, where she specialized in energy, utilities, and capital markets.

Stefania is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She received a B.S. in Accounting and a B.A. in Italian, Phi Beta Kappa, from Rutgers University – New Brunswick.
